This is perfect for an appetizer, and also great for sandwiches and wraps. Serve with veggies or crackers.
Ingredients & Instructions
1 can chickpeas
1 can cannellini beans
1/2 cup cashews, soaked for 1 hour (for a lower fat version skip the cashews--still delicious, but less "creamy" and "cheesy" tasting)
3/4 cup hot sauce
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Chives (optional)
Blend everything until smooth and top with chives. That’s it! Serve warm or cold.
